Distillery Sustainability
Our distillery is dedicated to promoting sustainable practices in all aspects of our operations. The distillery has a Traceability System in place to guarantee the traceability of individual botanicals and all data related to them, in compliance with EC Regulation 178/2002. Our distillery is certified IFS - International Food Standard, which qualifies our suppliers based on criteria of quality, safety, and compliance with regulations governing the agricultural and food industry. We have a Sustainable Development Policy in place, aligning with universally recognized principles in the areas of human rights, workers' rights, environmental, and company ethics. As a member of the Supplier Ethical Data Exchange, we are committed to continuous improvement of the ethical and environmental aspects of our business.
Glass Bottle Manufacture Sustainability
We use only 100% recyclable glass in our bottle manufacturing process. Our bottle manufacture optimizes the raw materials used in the manufacturing and decorating of our bottles to minimize waste. Their goal is to reduce emissions in manufacturing by 45% before 2035, and to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050. They have received the Silver Award from Ecovadis, the only Universal Sustainability Ratings Provider, placing them in the top 25% of the most virtuous companies for sustainability.
Closure Manufacture Sustainability
A member of the United Nations Global Compact. The aim is the alignment of strategies and operations with universal principles of human rights, labor, the environment, and anti-corruption. They have received an 'International Sustainability and Carbon Certification (ISCC) Plus' accreditation, which demonstrates their commitment to sustainable practices in our closure manufacturing process.
