The Love It guarantee
We think you'll love Latin Gin. If you don't, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right: we'll send you a different expression to try, or refund the price of that bottle.
To use it, email info@latingin.com with your order number and a sentence on what didn't work for you. A few conditions keep it fair for everyone:
- One claim per customer and household, for one bottle.
- We may ask you to send the bottle back, opened or not. If we do, we'll provide the return label.
- It covers gin bought for your own use. It doesn't apply to business orders, cases, pallets or wholesale packs.
- Refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days of approval.
The Love It guarantee is a voluntary promise from Latin Gin LLC, in addition to your legal rights below. It does not limit them.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods. Where you order several goods delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example by using our online withdrawal form, by email to info@latingin.com, or by post to Sélection Prestige GmbH, Pariser Str. 3, 10719 Berlin, Germany. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day we are informed of your decision. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
Please send the goods back without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you tell us of your withdrawal. We will send you a prepaid return label and bear the cost of returning the goods. Please return the goods using only the return label we send you, securely packed; we will provide packing instructions. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Opening a sealed bottle generally goes beyond this.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If anything arrives broken, faulty or not as ordered, email info@latingin.com with your order number and a photo, ideally within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace the item or refund it, at no cost to you. Your statutory warranty rights apply in full.
Business customers
The right of withdrawal and the Love It guarantee apply to consumers only. For business orders, see section 14 of our terms of sale.
